3. How can I sign up?

You can either sign up by using your Facebook or Google account, or you can register with an e-mail address. Just give your wished credentials and click on ́REGISTER ́. In a few minutes you ́ll receive an authentication e-mail from us. By clicking on the given link, you confirm your account and you are ready to go, discover and shop on Shoppezo!

4. How can I sign in?

Just click on ́MY ACCOUNT ́ in the top right corner and use the login credentials that you gave at the registration – Facebook, Google or an e-mail address.


5. How can I search here?

You have multiple search options on Shoppezo. You can either use the keyword search box on the top of the page, or go by categories underneath: New items – you find here the newest articles that has just arrived On Sale – best deals of discounted items Best Sellers – check out our most popular items here Shop by Brand – you find the brands that we sell in alphabetical order here. Click on the brand ́s logo to have a short introduction of the brand and the list of the available items.

6. How can I filter my searches?

You can filter by department and category next to the keyword search box, or at the main menu on the left hand side. Just click on ́All Departments ́ and select the wished department or category in the drop down list. All available items will be listed on the main screen. The following options can be found under the shown articles: Quick View, Add to Wishlist, Add to comparison list, Add to cart.

7. I am interested in the new items; how can I find them?

Just click on the option NEW ITEMS in the main menu on the top and the system will list you all the latest arrivals.

8. Is there a direct way to find items on sale?

Sure. On the home page, right in the main menu on the top you find ON SALE. Click on it to see all of our items with a discounted price.

9. What is under BESTSELLERS?

Under BESTSELLERS you find our most popular articles. Checki this list to see what is the quickest to sell, or to have some ideas of what to buy.

10.What does Quick view mean?

By clicking on Quick view you open a bigger image of the item. When you move the mouse over the image, a smaller magnifier window opens where you can see a much closer view with details of the selected item.

11. I found what I was looking for, but I don ́t want to buy it yet. Can I save the item somehow?

Sure, this is what Wishlist is for! Just click on the ́Add to Wishlist ́ icon and the system will store this article on your list. This feature is already in function before you login to your account. The wishlist data is stored until you login to your account or you close the browser window. To see your actual wish list, go to MY ACCOUNT > WISHLIST in the top right part of the screen.

12. I have found several items that I like, but I cannot decide. Can you help me?

Of course! Click on the ́Add to the comparison list ́ button and the system will store the selected items on this list for you. Then, when you have put there all the interesting items, just go to MY ACCOUNT > COMPARISON LIST in the top right part of the screen and check the details and prices of the articles. Seeing them next to each other will help you with your decision.

13. How can I buy here?

The first step is to click on ́Add to cart ́ under the item. Once your shopping cart is ready to check out, go to the cart directly or go there from MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS. At this point the system will ask you to log in in case you have not been logged into your account yet. Once you are logged in, just click on ́Check out ́ and follow the steps to give or confirm your shipping and invoicing address and the payment steps. It is very important that you be over 18. Use of this website is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use this website and the services offered hereunder, only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Your use of this website implies that you are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

14. How can I pay here?

On Shoppezo you can only use electronic payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayU.

15.What currencies can I use on

On Shoppezo the used currency is Indian Rupee. In case your card is used with another currency, a conversion will take place during the payment process. The conversion rate varies depending on your home currency and the actually used conversion rates between the corresponding banks.

16. Do your prices include taxes?

Yes, all of the prices are already including taxes. Please take note that these are taxed for commercial use in India and in case of sales into another country, different taxes and custom policies may apply.

17. Do you ship goods outside of India?

No, we only ship goods only in India, but you can make your order from anywhere in the world. For further information, please check our Shipping Policy.

18.What about the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are paid by the buyers and they are added to the total price during the check out process. There might be exceptions when for example the seller or Shoppezo pays for the shipment as part of a special sales offer. In these cases, you will always have further information available on our website.

19.When will I receive my items?

We calculate with an estimated delivery timeframe that includes the preparation and packing time and the actual time that is needed for forwarding the goods to you. Please check our Shipping Policy for more details. When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 48 hours and gets delivered within the delivery time of the product, mentioned on the product page.

20.Where is my order? Can I track it somehow?

Sure! You can track your order by using the ́Track my Order(s) ́box on the right hand side. We also inform you at every step after check out: when the order is placed, processed, shipped, and delivered. An email that contains the tracking number and details of the service provider, is sent to you after the order is shipped. In this case please first try to track your package by using the given tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider.
